We are delighted to share that New York-based technology research firm CB Insights, names Tune AI as a key player in the AI agent marketplace category — a ‘game changing technology’ — for 2025.
Defining AI agent marketplaces as tools “enabling dynamic integration and collaboration of specialized agents across software platforms,” CB Insights acknowledges Tune’s position as a powerful ‘horizontal application’ among a sea of function-specific tools.
Among the 300+ applications they studied, Tune earns appreciation for its general enterprise capabilities. We believe that this is the perfect validation for the foundational principles that we believe is our key differentiation.
Founded in 2018, Tune has taken a principled approach to enabling enterprises adopt artificial intelligence technologies with a combination of tools and services.
Horizontal platform approach: Tune enables enterprises leverage LLMs and other AI tools to build their own intelligence foundry. Based on the customer’s need, we help build customized chatbots, APIs, assistants, and automation to help organizations put their data to good use.
Preference for open source: While our customers have the freedom to choose tools for their AI stack, Tune recommends open source LLMs and small language models, such as Llama, Qwen, Mixtral, Goliath, etc. for greater flexibility and cost savings at enterprise scale.
Thoughtful customizations: Tune AI’s experts work with every customer to fine-tune and create custom models to meet their unique use cases. We employ a use case-first approach to build effective solutions to business challenges with GenAI.
Purpose-suited infra: Depending on the nature of the use case, performance/computing needs of the application and security requirements, Tune helps enterprises deploy GenAI on-prem or on their public/private cloud.
Enterprise-grade security: Since the beginning, we’ve kept security at the forefront of our efforts with data encryption, GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA compliance, SOC2, and ISO27001 certifications that set us apart from other startups in this space.
This recognition from CB Insights comes as a boost to our efforts in creating innovative, efficient, and effective enterprise solutions.
“My entire team at Tune takes this as a validation of our approach to enterprise GenAI. We always believed that horizontal application is the way to go and this confirms that we’re on the right track. We are excited and committed to integrating GenAI seamlessly into the technological landscape of every enterprise”
